This series of pendants is made from bio-degradable plant polymers derived from sugars and vegetable oils. These sustainable materials have the benefits of traditional plastics without the the petro-chemical toxicity, they are from renewable sources rather than drilled out of the earth, thus they have a much lower carbon footprint. Involutus is Latin for ‘wrapped’, referring to the pendants form, one single piece wrapped into an organic cone. The cone disappears into a solid, hand polished and lacquered brass neck.
The pendant has a single, dimmable LED lamp. Provided with metal white ceiling rose with solid raw brass cord grip and dimmable 12v transformer (usually hidden in ceiling void when installed).
