Lux Amoris Rouge 2017
70% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 10% Marselan.
15% ABV. Vegan.
Deep red in colour, the Lux Rouge hits the nose with aromas of fresh red and black fruits, sweet spice, a touch of liquorice from the oak. Rich in the mouth with silky and opulent tannins, it maintains a good balance with bright acidity. Its concentrated flavours and superb structure mark it as a wine that will age and develop well over the next decade.
Perfectly matched with simmered red meats including game. Dishes would include beef stew and venison fillet with pepper sauce.
Lux De Caelo Blanc 2020
70% Clairette, 30% Roussanne.
13.5% ABV. Vegan.
The Lux Blanc has a beautiful colour with a touch of green. This wine reveals itself through delicate and complex smells, light touches of sweet white fruit, exotic fruits and touches of mint and liquorice. The harmonious palate brings together both a round and cool taste. Hints of baked cake and a touch of toasted almond can be found in the aftertaste. Overall mature and balanced, it will surprise you in both its boldness and refined taste.
Perfect with all kinds of fish in sauce but also with white meat such as veal blanquette or with sweetbreads. A sublime marriage with cheeses, in particular pressed cooked cheeses (such as Beaufort or Comté), or a goat’s cheese crotin.
Lux Grandinis Rosé 2021
Grape varieties: Secret.
13.5% ABV. Vegan.
A light delicate pink-coloured wine, the Lux Rosé surprises with complex hints of citrus and white fruits such as peach, that lead to a feast of berries and floral tones. The tongue is immediately dealt generous and intense flavours of raspberry and pomegranate, followed by lychee and sweet mango. The final taste is persistent and dynamic, revealing the deep personality of this wine. Among the best Rosés of Provence.
This exceptional wine will delight as an aperitif with smoked salmon, high quality smoked ham or as a dessert with Reims cookies like a champagne. It goes well with grilled meats or Asian and Japanese cuisine, especially sushi.
