Vox Angelorum Rouge 2018

50% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 10% Marselan, 5% Other.

15% ABV. Vegan.

The Vox Rouge is expressive with ripe raspberry and blackberry fruit. On the palate, the wine is well balanced with supple tannins and fresh, lifted acidity. The flavours are concentrated and layered with notes of spice and liquorice which linger on the finish.

To be enjoyed with grilled meats or a platter of cold cuts, and complements a wide range of Mediterranean dishes.

Vox In Deserto Blanc 2019

46% Roussanne, 33% Clairette, 21% Grenache Blanc.

13.5% ABV. Vegan.

The Vox Blanc is beautifully straw-coloured. The nose shows delicate aromas of honey blossom coupled with notes of white stone fruits. On the palate, it has a lovely texture from the lees ageing, with notes of honey and citrus fruit on the finish.

To be enjoyed with a wide range of light dishes, mixed salads, cheese or white meat cooked with spices.

Vox Angelorum Rosé 2020

90% Grenache, 10% Syrah.

13.5% ABV. Vegan.

The wine of the nobility, the Vox Rosé bares aromas of wild strawberry and white blossom. It has a refreshing lift of acidity to it.

Can be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as with a raw vegetable salad or Asian cuisine.
