An exquisite Grenache that opens with a powerful, complex nose marked by plum, blackcurrant, strawberry and cherry. The complexity and aromatic finesse heralds a delicate and powerful mouthfeel, where the roundness of a beautiful ripe flavour is jostled by a fine bitterness that evokes black olive. The end of the mouth does not disappoint, with strong hints of prune, and notes of bramble and black fruits forming a beautiful finale.
This wine will delight alongside red meats such as a Provençal stew, a leg of lamb, a jugged hare or venison with grand veneur sauce. A roast beef with a truffle crust would be terrific.
Abbayes Tota Pulchra Es Rouge 2020
100% Syrah.

An outstanding Syrah, this wine presents a deep garnet dress and has a very fine nose with aromas of black cherry, ripe olive and chocolate. Full, consistent, well-structured mouth with a beautiful fabric. The aromatic persistence is impressive with notes of liquorice and spices, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon and plum. A truly great wine which you can expect more excellence with aging.
Perfect with prime rib cooked with pepper sauce, spiced lamb or lamb cooked with herbs or tapenade. Could also complement partridge cooked with lentils.
Abbayes Silentium Tibi Laus Blanc 2019
100% Clairette.
13.5% ABV. Vegan.
This bright pale gold wine first hits you with a discreet nose that gradually opens with subtle aromas of white flowers, verbena, apricot, pear and white truffle. This is followed by a full mouth whose fat is tempered by a delicate bitterness. Combining vegetable, fresh almond and orange notes, it is an unusual and adventurous wine.
This wine will go very well with delicate fish such as sea bass, swordfish loin, St. Pierre, sole or turbot. It shines with sea bream and fennel.
