EuroCave’s history comes from a desire to care for wine in order to ensure optimal wine tasting conditions while respecting the aims of the wine producer.
Serious wine enthusiasts know that the smallest detail is critical to truly appreciate a fine wine. The pleasure of opening a well-stored wine after having patiently waited for it to come to its prime has no price.
In 1976, the first French wine cabinet for wine storage, a completely innovative concept and a source of national pride, was invented. Years later, Royale, the world’s best luxury wine storage, the Holy Grail for wine collectors, is safeguarding and improving Romanée Conti, Clos Vougeot, Hermitage, Château Margaux, and other fine wines. EuroCave has since been creating and manufacturing hotel wine cabinets that have advanced luxury wine storage and service over the course of a half-century of study and commitment.
Our factory, located in Fourmies, in the North of France, covers about 5,000m2 of working space. A historic location where we still hand-assemble everything we design, manufacture, and sell. Something that truly raises the status of our items.
Whilst our company has long been an advocate for performant and elegant hotel wine cabinets, developments have also been led to offer innovative cellar racking and luxury wine storage solutions. Our clever designs will meet traditional taste or more minimalist designs, with ranges in solid oak or black-coated, backlighted aluminium. Today, EuroCave prides itself in manufacturing great quality hotel wine cabinets, modular racking systems for wine cellars or wine walls, advising on cellar conditioners, and always striving to propose innovations for all professionals.
Two quality labels reward our devotion to French design and manufacturing, making us the first French wine cabinet maker to do so.
The “Origine France Garantie” label, obtained in 2012, independently validates EuroCave’s industrial commitment and the French origin of our manufacturing. It also ensures the retention of local jobs and the compliance of environmental and social requirements.
In 2021, EuroCave obtained the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label. This state-awarded label honours our competence, which has been developed and passed down through families for nearly 50 years. It recognises our unique experience in developing and constructing luxury wine storage that allows wine to mature after it has been bottled.
Our quality control is based on essential criterion: offering french wine cabinets that are long-lasting and do not have planned obsolescence. Each hotel wine cabinet and cellar solution is manufactured to the highest quality standards and hand-assembled by qualified operators.
