Preserving flavours.

You may keep 8 bottles of wine open without compromising their quality for up to 3 weeks after opening by using nitrogen, a food-grade inert gas.

Due to its two independently adjustable compartments (6-15°C and 9-18°C), the Vin au Verre 8.0 wine by the glass dispenser also maintains your bottles at the appropriate serving temperature.

Highlighting your labels.

Vin au Verre 8.0 efficiently showcases your wine by the glass offering thanks to the lighting effects inside the compartments and on the taps.

User-friendly.

The touch screen allows you to configure all of the information needed during service: measurements and prices, temperature settings, lighting, bottle name, and so on. Your teams are guided and helped daily by instructions on the screen.

Both compartments can be locked, so you can leave the VV8.0 on display in a passing area for your customers to enjoy a glass, with peace of mind.

It helps you better understand your customers.

Access to sales statistics with the number of glasses served. It allows you to get a simple statistical analysis: which wines were the best-sellers for the period? What changes can be made to the wine list?

Easy front of house uses.

A 12 cl dose is served in less than 6 seconds, a bottle is changed in less than 10 seconds. Glasses are served without foam or splashes, and several references can be served at the same time using the glass holders. The daily cleaning system cleans the 8 taps simultaneously in less than 3 minutes, with no handling of wine bottles.
