Our printing process is sheet fed offset; and each of our presses has eight printing stations with in-line cold foil and two coating units. We also offer off-line foil stamping and embossing for additional decoration options. In finishing, we can apply window film and/or RFID tagging as required. We then glue the cartons into the finished structure providing a variety of options. The substrate options include premium paperboard with post-consumer recycled content to meet your sustainability goals.

STAMPING: Applying a high-quality (often metallic) finish to an area of a carton. Stamping has been a specialty of Arkay for over sixty years. We have the capability to stamp on top of many different coatings. Using our experience and expertise, we can create a wide variety of effects including holographic or richly pigmented effects.
