Like the folding cartons that Arkay manufactures, rigid boxes are produced through a multi-step process. We begin with the same in-depth design steps at the New York design center that are used for cartons. We then begin manufacturing at Arkay’s Roanoke, Virginia plant with offset-printed top sheets. As with cartons, we can use our range of decoration options including in-line cold foil, multiple coatings, off-line foil stamping and embossing. The top sheets are then sent to a partner company to wrap onto the rigid stock and are formed into the finished package. These rigid boxes are produced with custom specifications with the size & structure to perfectly match your unique requirements.
