Meet the Speakers

Hafiz Shariff is a serial entrepreneur, philosopher and founder of Owl + Lark – the world’s first Circadian Fitness company.

  • After exiting his first startup in 2018, Hafiz began a personal journey into sleep and recovery after burning out, despite a strong diet and fitness regime. What he discovered was a deeply overlooked science that’s only just beginning to hit the mainstream: circadian rhythms.

  • His mission? Revolutionise sleep by combining world-class science, design and wellness thinking, without the gimmicks.

Nicholas Witton is a Doctoral Researcher and Daylighting Consultant at Owl + Lark.

  • With a Postgraduate Degree and MSc in Sleep Medicine from the University of Oxford, he now studies how daylight and artificial light influence circadian rhythms, health outcomes and performance at The Bartlett, UCL.

  • His research shapes how we design buildings for better health, productivity and wellbeing.

Together, they’ll guide you through how to align with your natural rhythm.
