Cyril Rumpler, the Franco-Swiss designer specializing in furniture, lighting and rugs entered the realm of furniture design by that most beautiful of doors: that of his dream! In possession of a harmonious fusion of the refined heritage from two distinct cultures, his creations bear the imprint of timeless sophistication combined with functionality.

Self-taught, he spent his entire career promoting packaging for the pharmaceutical industry. He has always been fascinated by the impact an object can have on the mood and feelings of the purchaser. In his spare time, he designs objects, infusing them with the power to convey serendipity: rugs, light fixtures and seating. A few years ago, after an accident, he accelerated destiny by devoting himself to his passion by creating Softicated, the brand that bring happiness to one’s inner-self and one’s Home interior.

The Softicated company is a Swiss brand which creates and publishes premium “lifestyle” furniture, lighting and rugs for interiors.

“In Interiors, we Care” is our motto. Softicated wishes to participate in the well-being and comfort of interiors thanks to its pieces that embrace emotion and authenticity. Softicated, the brand that bring happiness to one’s inner-self and one’s Home interior.

All objects are designed by Cyril Rumpler. Self-taught, Cyril wants his objects to astonish by the detail, to reveal a difference. Cyril Rumpler creates intimate pieces of furniture. The dimensions are generous, they must ensure the greatest comfort of use while seducing by the form.

The furniture, lights and rugs offered are useful and comfortable pieces, with timeless elegance, inspired by Nature and everyday objects. Pieces are mainly handcrafted, intended for individuals and professionals.

All objects are designed in Geneva and manufactured by European craftsmen with recognized know-how: in France, Italy and Portugal from top quality materials.

Materials used for furniture are wood, glass, leather, velvet, fabrics, polished stainless steel and aluminum, sandblasted glass, ceramic and marble for lighting.

Some lights look like sculptures. The lights are modern in shape and material. A strong organic inspiration is present in these creations.

The objects on offer contribute to magnifying interiors thanks to their elegance, their practicality & usefulness, comfort, attention to detail, a subtlety of timeless design, the quality of the selected materials and their excellent finishes. The pieces are suitable for both classic and modern interiors.

The objects are well designed, well conceived and well made. Some of the pieces have been awarded. The pieces that garnered distinctions in prestigious competitions in the United States, Germany, Slovenia and Japan include the table lamps Flying Fish, Head in Stars and Silhouette as well as the Signet Ring stool.
