The MyBea App was created by someone who was fed up with trying to get waiters’ attention. Autonomously, guests have access to a digital Menu, a booking feature (tables & sunbeds) online ordering, sales notifications and online payments. The App is connected to Micros Simphony POS. Thanks to our hotel restaurant management system app, you can reduce time to prepare orders and optimize staff movements. You boost your sales to increase your revenue!
With MyBea’s hotel restaurant management system, you can manage reservations, give access to the digital menu, let the guests order online when they are ready and let them pay online or in cash. The orders are being sent to your POS and split to the different points of production (bar, kitchen…) Your staff can update the menu in real-time in case of shortage – they can remove an item so it’s no longer available on the digital menu.
They can also update the order’s status to let the guest know where it’s at (in preparation – ready…) The guests can call a waiter through the App – it sends a notification to the waiters allocated to the area of the guest calling. The staff interface of the App acts as a PDA – your staff can place orders if a guest has issues with the technology.
Set up flash sales and send notifications that apply coupon codes on one or several items on your menu! Notifications on the hotel restaurant management system can be for all guests (happy hour) or for one specific table – personalized with a special note!
List all your services and sell directly through the hotel restaurant management system app! Let them know if you do cooking lessons with the chef, special events or other activities! You can also list your partners around and sell their services. Our algorithm does up-selling by suggesting the higher quantity of the item that the guest is ordering – as long as it’s available on your menu.
A web-based interface on the hotel restaurant management system allows for all setups to be done – digital menu updates, pictures of the food/drinks – descriptions – restaurant floorplan – areas of service – waiters allocation – sales notifications… You get KPIs on the sales – per day/week/month, Best/worst sales.
