2017 – Our Team of Experts Reunited

M&M Artwork & Mirrors was established in 2017.
Our small team of skilled and experienced staff joined back together after having worked together for many years at a previous artwork company. Since 2017, our team has grown and we now have various teams within M&M that specialise in different areas, such as hotel canvas art and designer hotel mirrors.

Ged, company director and owner of M&M Artwork & Mirrors, has worked within the ‘picture framing’ industry for over 15 years. His journey started as a member of the install team at a previous artwork company. He spent many years travelling up and down the country and ‘enjoyed the freedom of the road.’ One of his favourite memories is when he was asked to travel through Europe and had the chance to do a little bit of sight-seeing in Paris. Ged always felt that working on the install team and meeting clients was very rewarding. ‘The satisfaction on the clients faces once the artwork had been installed made the early mornings and late nights worth while.’

After spending some time out of the factory and on the road, Ged opted for a change in his role and spent a short time on the production team. He soon realised that his role was more suited to working direct with clients. Ged was offered the opportunity of a sales role whereby he completed site surverys and worked alongside clients arranging 1:1 consultations whereby he would help to select artwork.

Finally, Ged started his role as General Manager. This role provided him with the opportunity to learn the skills that are essential to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a business. He remained in this role until starting his own business in 2017.

Design Team

Our design team are our clients first point of contact.

Our design team will work alongside you to design, create and assemble a schedule of framed hotel artwork and designer hotel mirrors that aligns with your desires and fits within your budget. We have skilled members within our team who have years of experience in selecting hotel canvas art and ensuring the finished products complement your schemes/mood boards. Our team are able to work from floor plans/CAD drawings to establish the quantity and size of hotel canvas art needed.

In-house Printing

We are licensed to prints 1000s of prints and are fortunate enough to do this in-house.

We have our own print room that is used on a daily basis by one of our experienced printers. We have numerous staff members that are experienced in printing our framed hotel artwork and are skilled in ensuring our prints are perfect. Our print team are able to resize, crop and edit prints. Our printer is able to print on paper as well as on canvas. On the rare occasion that you do not find what you are looking for from our artwork collection, we work closely with various art publishers. The various publishers have many other images to offer and we are lucky enough to receive a discount with each of them. We can order prints direct from the publisher on your behalf and this will reduce the overall cost.

Production Team

Bringing years of experience to the team

Our production team work tirelessly to ensure our artwork and designer hotel mirrorsis manufactured and produced to meet the needs and expectations of our clients. Our production team work on the schedules produced by our design team/clients to make framed hotel artwork, hotel canvas artwork, 3D artwork and foamex. The production team are the final members of our M&M team during the production process and pride themselves on ensuring our finished products are of the highest quality. Our small team of professionals have many years of experience, our longest serving member having been a picture framer for over 30 years.

Install / Delivery Team

Here, there and everywhere

We have numerous teams of people who travel the UK on a daily basis to deliver and/or install our clients framed hotel artwork and hotel canvas art. We have many members within our teams who have worked ‘on the road’ for many years, installing artwork and finally bringing our clients artwork ideas to life. Our install teams have all of the necessary skills, tools, equipment and certificates to safely install the chosen artwork. Our office and factory is based in Manchester, yet we travel throughout the whole of the UK to install artwork. We have previously travelled to numerous places in Europe to deliver artwork at our clients request.
