Hand made with natural fibres and our award winning Cottonsafe® fabric, we developed the world’s first luxury hotel mattress using a fire safe alternative to FR chemicals using a unique blend of organic cotton and pure wool.
Our Cottonsafe® fabric has fire safety woven in and surpasses all the UKs stringent Contract Furniture Fire Regulations without the use of any Fire Retardant Chemicals.
Cottonsafe Hotel produces the only recyclable contact mattresses that meet the Stockholm Convention’s requirements and can be safely disposed of or recycled at the end of the products’ life.

Our luxurious Cottonsafe® Luxury Hotel mattresses are handcrafted in Devon with British hand-teased wool and have absolutely NO chemicals
Made using the finest natural materials, our recyclable contract mattresses are filled with hand-teased Devon wool, cotton, cashmere, and silk.
The breathable fabric of the natural sustainable mattress combines the natural and warm properties of wool, with the absorbency of cotton helping regulate sleeping temperatures throughout the night for comfort to aid a restful sleep

Our luxury toppers are covered in our unique Cottonsafe® fabric and filled with wool and cotton pads as well as lashings of hand-teased Devon wool. They are then hand tufted to keep an even loft. Aside from giving a luxurious feel to the recyclable contact mattress they also provide additional protection allowing us to increase the manufacturing guarantee for the mattresses by 2 years.
We can also offer two types of chemical free pillow. Our Cottonsafe® feather pillows are generously filled with only the finest white Peking duck feathers, providing you with support that is perfect to sink into. We also provide a synthetic filing. Polyester pillows are the most popular pillows in the UK. We have developed a chemical free Hollow Fibre Pillow. Lighter in weight and highly breathable. They are also great for those with allergies.
