Crafted by Alex at our Pebblebed Vineyard on our farm, using the traditional Champagne method, with a minimum of two years on lees (fermenting) in the Pebblebed cellars, before the sediment is removed in the winery. Crafted using 100% Seyval Blanc, this wine has crisp green apple aromas, lime citrus notes & a buttery brioche finish.
