John Davies Framing – Red reverse cassetta frame

Making a bold and bright statement, this frame has a polished red band which really makes an impact. Perfect to complement the red tones in a fruit still life, to bring out the colouring in an abstract or to draw attention to a mirror.

Made from polished pearwood with a contrasting grain of sycamore for the coloured band, the frame is polished to a high shine for maximum effect. The reverse profile at the sight edge ensures that the artwork is the focus.

The frame can be made at any size, subject to a minimum width of 6cm. The example shown measures 35 x 44 x 8cm.
