Guaranteed CBD & THC free. Kosher certified. What makes our Organic Hemp Flour so unique With our hemp flour from organic hemp seeds from Herbalea you enjoy 100% nature. The seeds come from Austrian, certified organic cultivation. We only use selected EU hemp varieties such as Fedora 17, Uso 31, Earlina and Futura. For our Organic Hemp Flour, organic hemp seeds are partially de-oiled in Austria by gentle cold pressing, finely ground, packaged fresh from the mill and labelled at our plant in Switzerland. The flour still contains about 11% of the valuable fatty acids and one third of the vegetable proteins of the hemp seed. It is also rich in important dietary fibre (approx. 45%). Botanically, hemp seeds belong to the oil fruits. They have a very high content of hemp oil, which consists of up to 90% of valuable unsaturated fatty acids. Hemp oil is known for its unique composition of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Together with the equally important gamma-linolenic acid, these are present in an ideal ratio so that they can be well absorbed and utilised by the body. Together with other nutrients and vital substances such as zinc, magnesium and iron, organic hemp seeds fit perfectly into a balanced diet and help to cover the daily nutritional requirements.
