What makes our Organic Hemp Pestos so unique With every spoonful of Organic Hemp Pesto from Herbalea you enjoy 100% nature. Both the hemp plants, from which we extract the hemp seeds, as well as the basil or sun-dried tomatoes and all other ingredients come from certified organic cultivation. This way we ensure that only the best quality raw materials are processed. The organic hemp seeds are peeled and gently roasted. For the basil variant dried organic basil, organic bear’s garlic and organic sunflower seeds are added in a balanced ratio and then refined with valuable hemp oil and garlic and basil herb oil. For the spicy variant dried organic tomatoes and roasted organic sunflower seeds complement each other to form an aromatic composition, which is refined with valuable hemp oil, rapeseed oil and chili herb oil. All ingredients are grown in Austria. There, the Organic Hemp Pestos are gently produced, bottled and then labelled at our premises in Switzerland. Due to the peeled hemp seeds, the organic hemp pesto has a high content of essential amino acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids. This makes it an excellent addition to your balanced diet.
