The Lokit Security frame is the latest solution for cloakroom security where there is no cloakroom attendant present. Based on individual locks, a steel wire attached to a coat hanger is passed through the coat sleeve and locked securely to the bottom rail, using the Lokit lock. We illustrate the wall mounted version, but it is also available as a freestanding A frame.
The units are manufactured to order, and can be made to a length to fit the space available. The picture shows a ten coat unit which has an overall length of 900mm, and as a rough guide you should allow 90mm per coat hanging space. The frame is made from steel tube and is supplied in black as standard. Other colours are available for quantities of four or more units.
Each lock is numbered and has a corresponding key, simply push down the top of the key and the Lokit will spring open. Thread the steel wire through the sleeve, hang up the coat and snap the Lokit around the steel wire. This securely locks the wire in place and releases the key for you to retain. The Lokits are made from polycarbonate.
