Could you elaborate on the latest technological advancements Batribike has integrated into its e-bike models, particularly those enhancing user experience and performance?
One of the most significant advancements we have made is moving our battery production in-house to Denmark. By partnering with Viridus, we have gained better quality control, allowing us to offer an industry-leading 5-year battery warranty.
What strategies is Batribike employing to expand into new markets, both domestically and internationally?
We have a strong focus on cargo bikes for business use. With our parent company Promovec we have had the opportunity to expand our electric cargo bikes across German and Dutch markets. As e-mobility gains traction in the UK and we are positioning ourselves to meet that demand.
How does Batribike gather and incorporate customer feedback into its product development cycle?
For our business clients, we work on custom solutions, making each case unique. The two-way communication extends well beyond the initial purchase to ensure our bikes continue to operate smoothly. Our UK-based after-sales team maintains strong relationships with customers, and our dealer networks provide valuable insights that help us refine and improve our products going forward.
How does Batribike ensure the safety and durability of its e-bikes, particularly in extreme weather conditions?
We make sure our bikes are delivered fully ready to ride. Since different businesses face unique storage and maintenance challenges, we offer on-site assembly and setup by our team. This hands-on approach ensures that each bike is correctly set up and fit for use from day one.
