Sustainability seems to be at the heart of Coco Wolf’s design ethos. Can you expand on the materials and processes you use to ensure your products are eco-friendly?

At Coco Wolf, sustainability is indeed at the core of everything we do. We are committed to producing luxury outdoor furniture that not only enhances spaces but also reduces environmental impact. We carefully select our materials, prioritising those that are sustainably sourced and recyclable. For instance, the hardwood it comes from responsibly managed forests. We also make use of recycled materials, such as high-performance fabrics. Furthermore, our manufacturing processes are designed to minimise waste and maximise the longevity of each piece, meaning our furniture isn’t just environmentally responsible in its creation, but also in its endurance over time.

How do you balance sustainability with durability and aesthetic appeal?

Balancing sustainability, durability, and aesthetic appeal is at the heart of our design philosophy. We believe that eco-friendly furniture should not compromise on style or functionality. Our commitment to craftsmanship allows us to create pieces that are as durable as they are beautiful. Using innovative materials such as marine-grade materials ensures that our furniture can withstand the elements without sacrificing comfort or design. At Coco Wolf, we view sustainability not as a limitation but as a catalyst for creativity, inspiring us to push boundaries and redefine luxury outdoor living.

How do you foresee the outdoor hospitality design landscape evolving over the next decade? Are there any trends you predict will become dominant in hotel outdoor spaces?

The outdoor hospitality design landscape is set to evolve significantly over the next decade. We expect a continued emphasis on creating multifunctional, adaptable outdoor spaces that cater to both leisure and work. With the rise of wellness tourism, we expect hotel outdoor areas to prioritise comfort and relaxation, with more emphasis on biophilic design, integrating nature seamlessly into outdoor spaces. Sustainability will remain a key focus, with eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions becoming standard. Additionally, we predict a growing demand for modular designs that allow hotels to reconfigure outdoor spaces based on changing needs, particularly as the demand for outdoor dining and entertainment continues to grow.

Are there any specific customisation trends you’ve seen from your clients lately? How does Coco Wolf accommodate the growing demand for tailored, unique outdoor solutions?

Customisation has become a defining trend in outdoor furniture, and we’ve seen an increasing demand for bespoke pieces that reflect individual brand identities or specific project needs. Many of our clients look to create unique, tailored outdoor environments that align with the aesthetic and ethos of their spaces. At Coco Wolf, we excel in offering highly personalised solutions, from custom fabrics and finishes to completely bespoke designs. Our in-house team works closely with clients to bring their visions to life, ensuring that every piece is not only functional and durable but also a reflection of their unique style and brand personality.
