Try out a ‘Plum & Rosemary Daiquiri’ quick and easy to make!

You will need:

• 1 Fresh Plum
• 25ml Gordon Castle Plum Gin Liqueur
• 25ml Gordon Castle Botanical Gin
• 15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
• 15ml Pure Cane Syrup
• Cut plums into quarters, remove stone and peel. Muddle plum in base of cocktail shaker.
• Add all other ingredients, shake with ice and serve in a chilled martini glass. Add rosemary for garnish.
