Pioneering gastronomy concept in the Marienturm

Designed by architects Thomas Müller Ivan Reimann, awarded LEED Platinum certification for ecological construction, with an interior designed by renowned interior designer Patricia Urquiola and, last but not least, in a prime location in the banking district: The Marienturm in Frankfurt with 38 floors and 45,000 square meters of office space is groundbreaking in many respects and has shaped the cityscape of “Mainhattan” in an unmistakable yet harmonious way since its completion in 2019.

Gastronomy in the Marienturm: innovative inside and out

The gastronomy in Frankfurt’s Marienturm, called Chez Marie, is as innovative as the architecture. Daily changing dishes and the latest trends from the street food scene are an integral part of the culinary concept. In addition, there is a unique flair, international dishes and a focus on the conscious selection of high-quality ingredients.

Chez Marie includes a lunch restaurant covering around 1,300 square meters with six front cooking stations. Here, both in-house and external guests are spoiled for choice between Italian, Japanese, Indian and German cuisine. In addition to the lunch restaurant, there is also a café bar where the Food Affairs team offers drinks and snacks.

Trend color _thyme at Chez Marie

It is not surprising that the restaurant has opted for products that underline its claim to quality, innovation and exclusivity, not only for the food but also for the furnishings. For example, the creators of Chez Marie rely on the HEART&SOUL brand for their tableware.

The culinary creations are served on coup plates, platters and bowls from the PERFECT MATCH_thyme collection – be it at the lunch buffet, at the four-course menu or at the barbecue on the business floor with its surrounding roof terrace. The unique handmade porcelain pieces from Vitreous China create a modern, casual yet elegant ambience. The _thyme color harmonizes with a wide variety of dishes – allowing the chefs to fully express their creativity.
