Nevada based gaming hotel and casino corporation Caesars entertainment have chosen the LINQ hotel to deploy Aircharge smart wireless charging. The LINQ has deployed 52 chargers with IoT capabilities across three areas of the venue. These include a fan cave “crafted specifically for game day” and loaded with 50 televisions, the Book. Located directly next to the Book is Sticky chicken where customers can power their mobile phone whilst tucking into their “chicken with an attitude”. Finally, last but certainly not least, is the strip facing Re:Match Bar where the addition of Aircharge assists in enhancing the traditional casino lounge and bar experience with its integration into the indoor and outdoor seating areas. The LINQ Hotel is renowned as an experiential casino space and for testing new and innovative technologies, including holographic games, interactive art exhibits, esports, self-service beer, virtual reality and the latest addition to its space Aircharge wireless charging and its digital engagement platform. Arguably one of the most modern hotels on the strip, since it’s $223 million renovation 6 years ago the 2,640 room hotel, has not stopped there. What seems a perfect fit for the introduction of Aircharge’s digital engagement platform, allowing the venue to communicate with its customers in new and exciting ways. The LINQ has used Aircharge’s latest innovation to offer its customers one-touch access to a host of services including the venues WiFi, Offers, Mobile Casino, Shop access, Dining options and the opportunity to promote activities within the LINQ hotel. Detailed analytics allow LINQ to gain insight into how its customers are interacting with the new initiative. Since it’s deployment it has successfully engaged with 1000’s of customers, providing valuable anonymous user journey and customer experience feedback, helping them achieve their KPI targets.
